THE CALL TO DANCE: A 6 day JOURNEY bringing to life your innermost longings, your whispers, the fierceness of your dreaming & offering them into the dance of body & soul. This is about DANCING & discovering how your true essence wants to speak & stand in your wondrous story. How ready you are to shine & expand your artistry into action -

An interactive coming together where movement will become our art, ritual our compass & our life’s story the dance - This is an offering to let your body guide you as the explorer, as the creator, to share & TO be witnessed in multiple shades OF YOUR AUTHENTICITY - Weaving together the interplay of somatic’s, dance & ephemeral installations in the embrace of nature -

Here creativity & sensation intertwine, bridging the seen & unseen, the felt & imagined through embodiment practices & performance. Telling our stories through dancing & expressing whats deep within -

To be both a witness & performer brings healing, taking up rightful space as our own muse, releasing limiting beliefs that hold us back from expressing all thats within our hearts

THE LANDSCAPE OF
OUR PRACTICE

Aterra is an ecological resort set in a beautiful valley surrounded by nature, adhering to the needs of the local community, providing a meeting point for people to get together, connect & have beautiful experiences. Aterra, which can be translated as 'The Land' or 'The Earth', embodies the idea of exploring the potential of our planet. It goes beyond simply experiencing what is available on the land & encourages sustainable, resourceful, & ecological living. Aterra promotes a sustainable way of living that respects the earth & utilises local resources. Aterra prioritise quality over quantity & believe's in producing & providing organic & homemade goods. Aterra is nestled in the heart of nature, with a private freshwater lake offering a serene & idyllic escape. it's truly picturesque & invites daily swimming & soft sandy sunbathing -

This will be our home for the weeks laboratory & will undoubtedly hold us in its expanse with plenty of wilderness to explore, freshly prepared meals daily & a wide open shala for discovery. There are a number of really beautiful accommodation options from tipi's to private apartments so please take a look below to see what resonates with you the most -

These are the approximate driving times to & from

Faro airport 1.37hr

Lisbon airport 2.35hr

Taxis can be arranged to pick and drop you off from Faro airport. The cost ranges from 130/160€ which can be divided by passengers.

There is a train service from Lisbon to Santa Clara Saboia. You will then need to get a taxi from Saboia to Aterra which takes about 30-35 mins Link for tickets: https://www.omio.com/

Coaches are available from Lisbon via Rede expressos. Website link:

If you prefer the convenience of driving, you have the option to hire a car. We'd recommend this option giving you freedom before & after the immersion to explore if you can carve out some time -

INVESTMENT

Includes accommodation, food & all the facilitation

BELL TENT

Fully equipped with a sofa, a spacious double bed, & two single beds, ensuring ample space for a relaxing & enjoyable stay. The Bell tent is located in a more private area of Aterra, just a short walk away from the shared bathrooms

YURT

The yurts have a double bed & 2 single beds in each, with their own private lounge area situated just outside of your yurt. There is a private bathroom located at the back of each yurt with a beautiful bath tub, toilet & sink

THE CHALET/ DOUBLE BED

This forest chalet features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds), a bathroom with a shower & toilet, & a lovely patio with a outdoor bed to relax and enjoy the sound of nature

FAMILY CABIN/ BUNK BEDS

The family cabin are reminiscent of Balinese huts consisting of one double bedroom and bunk beds in separate rooms, with a bathroom. The shared showers are located close by

AIR STREAM

Complete with cosy lounge, kitchen area, with sofa bed & ensuite shower and comfortable double bed. Outside the airstream is a large deck with seating and shade

TIPI

Each boasting its own distinctive interior decor & furnished with a double bed & two single beds. The shared showers & toilet facilities are located just a short walk away from your tipi

THE CHALET/BUNK BEDS

PRIAVTE CABIN

We have two couples cabins, both with double beds, private bathroom and ensuite shower. Each cabin is uniquely designed. The cabins are just a short walk away from the restaurant area. For x2 friends or couple sharing double bed; price per person €1,100

FAMILY CABIN/ DOUBLE BED

The family cabin are reminiscent of Balinese huts consisting of one double bedroom and bunk beds in separate rooms, with a bathroom. The shared showers are located close by

To reserve your spot we ask a deposit of 500€

The final balance is to be paid by end of August
